There's no such thing as waste in nature.
There's no such thing as wasted time. Wasted energy. Wasted effort. Waste only happens when we no longer see the value or purpose in something - whether that's an actual thing, like food scraps, or our life's experiences.
While composting helps us reconnect to physical waste and transform it into the foundation of most life on Earth, this new and improved AAA framework (I first heard about from Bashar) helps us reconnect to ourselves and move forward with grace and compassion.
Nothing is wasted if we learn with this AAA perspective to life. If your mind, body, and spirit are feeling broken down, and you need roadside assistance, metaphorically speaking, remember this new-mixed language AAA.
Acknowledge: step one of getting out of any sticky situation, whether on the road or in your psyche, is to clearly look at the problem. Don't try and deny what's going on. Look right at it and acknowledge the reality in front of you. Then,
Aproveita: in Spanish, Aprovecha. There's no one word in English that sums up this wonderful concept of appreciation, making the best of, and resourcefulness that is aproveitar. Some will translate it as, "to take advantage of," which can be accurate, both in the positive and negative context. But it's so much more than that. Aproveitar is like the sayings/ concepts of "making lemonade out of lemons," "savor the moment," and "repurpose/ reuse so as to not let things go to waste" all combined into one term. If you're stuck, learning how to work with what you've got is a very valuable skill. Once you're sipping on your fresh metaphorical lemonade, you move on to,
Appreciate, or more accurately, Agradecer. Give thanks. No matter how terrible the moment or memory may seem, everything that has ever happened to you has happened for you. This is not to say it wasn't bad, or terrible. There are many horrible atrocities that no one deserves to endure. Suffering sucks, which is why we start with Acknowledging that. Once we acknowledge, process, and find meaning, the we can sincerely move into a space of gratitude.
"A memory without the emotional charge is called wisdom"
-Joe Dispenza
"Suffering ends where meaning begins." - Kelly Brogan
For me, right now, that looks like acknowledging that I'm staying up past my bedtime to write this newsletter. I'm aproveitando that I'm all energized from a much clearer vision (and fully fleshed out first draft on paper) of my second round of the Inner Wisdom Way.
I'm grateful that I'm honoring my self-appointed timeline, and filed my taxes on time! After my own chakra clearings the past few months, I am so appreciative of the courage I am able to consistently muster up, especially when I'd rather be showered and in bed already.
So if you're interested in signing up for Inner Wisdom Way 2.0, click reply to this email. I'll be sending another email soon with more details about the free masterclass on April 23rd, and the 5-week program starting the week of April 27th.
The free masterclass is all about activating our awareness to our Intuition, ending with my most valuable tool to connect you with your body's wisdom (I paid $3,333 to learn this technique).
The 5-week program condenses the chakra clearing process to 4 weeks, with an extra week for integration. During that time, we clear out the fundamental blocks that prevent us from ACTING on our Intuition. Knowing and doing are two very different things. Knowing takes an hour. Doing takes at least a month, so the knowledge begins to live in the muscle.
I'm so excited to start this transformation together! Composting all the "wasted" moments of the past, into the rich, fertile soil of your future.
Love & Light,
Pri

If you're curious, the above address is just an automated anti-spam feature. I'm still in Miami, but this newsletter software says using a real address here is best, and I didn't want to use my home address.
Feeling like this doesn't resonate at all, no worries. You do you boo, and we'll cross paths again when the time is right :-)
